1. Introduction
Welcome to Infinity Hand Bags Ltd. These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using infinityhandbags.com and purchasing products from our online store.
The terms “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Infinity Hand Bags Ltd. “You” and “your” refer to visitors, account holders and customers.
Please read these terms before placing an order. Our Privacy Policy, Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy, and Shipping & Delivery Policy provide additional information relevant to your purchase.
Nothing in these terms removes or restricts consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
2. Shopping With Us
To place an order, you must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding purchase agreement and be authorised to use the payment method provided.
You agree to provide accurate information when purchasing, including your name, email address, billing details and delivery address. Please review this information before submitting your order and contact us promptly if you notice an error.
If you purchase on behalf of another person or an organisation, you must have the authority to do so.
3. Customer Accounts
Where you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and taking reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access.
Please contact us if you suspect that someone has accessed your account without permission.
We may restrict or suspend an account where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, unlawful activity or a serious breach of these terms. Where appropriate, we will explain the action and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue.
An account restriction does not automatically cancel an accepted order, remove an entitlement to a refund or affect rights already acquired.

Each product listing should be read carefully before purchase, particularly information about dimensions, materials, compartments, closures, straps and included accessories.
Dimensions and capacity
Product photographs may not show a handbag at its actual size. Review the stated measurements rather than relying solely on images.
Measurements may involve minor variations depending on how a bag is measured. Any variation must remain reasonable and must not materially change the advertised size or functionality.
If you need a handbag to accommodate a particular device or item, contact us before ordering where the listing does not provide sufficient information.
Colour and appearance
Lighting, photography and screen settings can affect how colours and finishes appear online. Minor differences may occur, but this does not excuse supplying a substantially different colour or an incorrectly described product.
Materials and included items
Material composition and included accessories are determined by the individual listing. Styling props shown in photographs are not included unless expressly identified as part of the purchase.
Collection names such as “Luxury & Statement Handbags” describe a shopping category. Specific claims about leather, precious metals, designer affiliation or other characteristics must be expressly supported by the product description.
These explanations do not limit your rights where goods are faulty or materially differ from their description.
5. Prices and Checkout Information
The applicable product price and transaction currency are shown during checkout. Delivery charges and other applicable charges must be disclosed before you confirm your purchase.
Please check the final order total before paying. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion or transaction charges, which are separate from charges imposed by us.
We may change prices for future purchases. A later price change does not alter the agreed price of an accepted order.
If we discover a pricing or listing error affecting your order, we will contact you and explain the available options. We will not charge an increased amount without your agreement. Any cancellation will be handled consistently with applicable law, with amounts due returned.
6. Placing and Accepting Orders
Before submitting an order, check the selected product, colour, quantity, delivery details and total amount.
An automated message acknowledging receipt of an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted. Acceptance occurs when we expressly confirm acceptance or dispatch the goods, whichever happens first.
Orders remain subject to stock availability, payment verification and our ability to deliver to the requested address.
Before acceptance, we may decline an order for a legitimate reason, such as:
- The product being unavailable.
- A payment being declined or remaining unverified.
- Delivery being unavailable to the supplied address.
- Reasonable concerns about unauthorised payment or fraud.
- A material listing error requiring clarification.
Where an order cannot proceed, we will notify you and arrange the return of any payment taken for the unfulfilled purchase.
We will not replace your selected handbag with a different product without your agreement.
7. Payments
Payment must be made using a method available at checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Payments are processed through third-party payment services. We use payment confirmations and transaction references to reconcile purchases, manage refunds and investigate payment issues.
Never send your full card number, CVV, payment PIN, password or one-time authentication code through email, product reviews or order notes.
If a payment appears unsuccessful but your account has been debited, contact us with the order number and transaction reference before attempting another payment.
Any verification request will be proportionate to the issue being investigated. We will not ask you to disclose confidential payment authentication credentials.
8. Delivery
Available delivery locations, charges and estimated timelines are explained at checkout and in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates unless we expressly agree otherwise. If a significant delay arises, we will provide relevant information and explain the available options.
Please supply an accurate, accessible delivery address. If you request a change after ordering, we will explain whether it is possible and whether an additional, reasonable charge applies.
Where we arrange delivery, handing the parcel to a courier does not by itself remove our responsibility to fulfil the order. Please contact us if a parcel is missing, damaged or incorrectly delivered.
We will not impose blanket exclusions of responsibility for courier problems or prevent you from exercising applicable cancellation and refund rights.
9. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Contact us promptly if you receive a handbag that is damaged, faulty, incorrect or materially different from its description. Include your order number and a clear explanation. Relevant photographs may help us assess the issue.
Under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act, 2018, customers have applicable rights concerning the quality and suitability of goods and remedies where those requirements are not met.
Conditions for voluntary change-of-mind returns must not override statutory remedies. Sale pricing, missing packaging or discovering a fault after initial inspection do not automatically remove legal rights.
If you wish to cancel before dispatch, contact us as soon as possible. Where dispatch has already occurred, we will explain the appropriate return process and any rights that apply.
10. Product Care and Use
Follow the care instructions supplied with your handbag or stated in the product listing.
Unless the product is expressly designed for such use, avoid overloading it or exposing it to excessive moisture, heat, harsh chemicals or unsuitable cleaning products.
Normal wear and damage caused by misuse are different from manufacturing defects. However, a care-related explanation will not be used to reject a valid complaint about faulty materials, poor construction or inaccurate product information.

11. Promotions and Offers
